Holiday Office Closure Summer 2010

Please note that our office will be closed from Wednesday 11th August until Monday 23rd August 2010 inclusive. You will still be able to leave a message with our reception staff on 020 8938 3218 during that time but we will not be able to deal with any detailed enquiries. If you leave a message with them we will get back to you as soon as we can on our return.

Our office is normally open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and closed on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. If you have an urgent enquiry outside of those times please phone our answering service on 020 8938 3218 and they will contact us quickly. Otherwise please email us using the form below or call on 08456 44 66 59.
Please be aware that we do not have an office that is staffed 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. However, we do our best to balance an efficient and friendly enquiry and booking system with a busy performing (and family!) schedule. To do this we use clever technology (mobile email, phones and text messages) and a live answering service. We divert to them when we are not avaiable on the phone. Please note that they can take details of your enquiry and send them to us immediately, but they can not answer detailed questions.
When you first contact us it would help us to help you if can provide as much information as possible about your event, in particular the date, time and venue/ location and number and age of guests. Also, please note that it may well be quicker for us to give you an initial response by text or email so please tell us your mobile number and/ or email address.
